If you delete Content, Autotrans Career Group will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Portfolio and our promotional materials, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made unavailable immediately, and that we may use supplies of previously printed materials. For clarity, the rights granted to us in clause (ii) of this paragraph to use your Content for promotional purposes do not permit us to sell or license or otherwise directly profit from your Content, or to transfer or sublicense our rights in your Content to any other person except for the limited purpose of using their services to prepare our promotional materials and works, and you may opt out of our rights in clause (ii) at any time by contacting us at our contact information shown at the bottom of this Agreement. (If you decide to opt out, we will use reasonable efforts to remove the Content in a timely manner from our promotional materials but such removal may not be immediate).

All other trademarks not owned by Autotrans Career Group or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Autotrans Career Group or its subsidiaries.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. AUTOTRANS CAREER GROUP DOES NOT GIVE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR COMPLETENESS FOR ANY OF THE MATERIALS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS. THE MATERIALS ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Autotrans Career Group and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Site, and all such rights are reserved.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Autotrans Career Group and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Toronto, ON and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
19. Job Seekers and User Terms
(a) As a registered Jobseeker your personal information may be shared with third parties such as: employers, agencies and recruiters who may contact you via phone, email or mail to discuss career and employment opportunities, in addition, you authorize Autotrans Career Group to contact you to discuss internal resume matching opportunities through our job matching and placement service with partnered employers. (b) Autotrans Career Group DO NOT guarantee employment to any jobseeker through their job matching process. This is an optional service we provide to job seekers (c) Autotrans Career Group will store your resume and personal profile in a secure database for 4 years from the last date of usage, or for as long as reasonably necessary and in accordance with our business purpose of recruitment. (d) All users accept full responsibility for their resume and the information they choose to share and display. (e) We accept no responsibility for any action taken by an employer in regard to a jobseeker resume in the resume database. (f) Job Seekers who subscribe to the Resume Match Service authorize Autotrans Career Group to contact them by phone, email or mail about employment opportunities that match their skills and qualifications.
20. Job Posting Policy
a. Each job postings will be posted on autotranscareergroup.com Site for 30 days from the initial start date
b. Job postings are displayed within 48 hours
c. Each job posting is for 1 position
d. Job postings are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
e. Job postings will expire automatically after 30 days
f. All job posting sales are final
g. Payments will be processed through VISA, MasterCard or Paypal
h. Job postings can be deleted at anytime by the authorized user of the Company
i. The purchaser agree to comply with autotranscareers.com privacy policies, payment terms and Terms and Conditions
j. We reserve the right to edit job postings that do not comply with our single position posting policy or any other
violation of our posting policies
k. Our job posting services are to be used solely by the registered user for the purpose of recruiting candidates
for job vacancies.
l. Submitting or posting hyperlinks or HTML code is not acceptable except in data fields that specifically
request such data.
m. All jobs posted to this site must be in direction relation with the automotive or transportation industry. Any job
that are not will be automatically deleted by Autotrans Career Group without notice.
21. Resume Writing Policies
The following clauses below relate ONLY to our Resume Services and none of our other services. All other Policies and Terms and Conditions of Autotrans Career Group still apply.
a. Autotrans Career Group does guarantee any type of job hire to any person/s that use the Resume Writing
Services.
b. No order is in effect until payment have been accepted and received in its entirety. We can only commence
work on an order once the questionnaire has been completed and payment received in full. Our turnaround
times are timed from when your questionnaire and all other information that your writer request is delivered.
c. We reserve the right to revoke the right to the continued use of our resume services at our discretion.
Resume Writing – Turnaround Times
a. Upon purchase a Resume Writer 3 business days for our “Professional or Elite” Resume Writing service
will be allotted. Once the Writer is assigned, first drafts will be made available in a timely manner. The
completion process ranges from 7-14 business days. In the case of the Executive Resume Services, a Writer
will be assigned within 5 business days and the completion process is usually between 10-21 business days.
b. We reserve the right to deem an order automatically closed to a client’s satisfaction after (14 days) have
lapsed since our last contact if we do not hear from them.
Resume Writing – Purchaser Obligation
a. As a purchaser of this site you are required to provide complete, accurate and true information about yourself. We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason if upon verification the information provided is proven to be inaccurate or untrue.
b. All purchaser for the resume writing services must be 18 years or older.
Resume Writing – Payments and Taxes
a. Full payment is required for all orders before any work is started. Upon acceptance of your order, your credit card, debit or PayPal account will be debited immediately. We do not offer any type of trial or grace period offers. Once you have purchased a package no refund will be offered.
b. If payment is refused by your credit card issuer, Autotrans Career Group takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. Further, we are not obliged to inform you that your credit card has been refused.
c. Our policy is to provide a full refund ONLY if an error has been made in the billing of a credit card, debit or Paypal account by Autotrans Career Group, pending an internal investigation.
Electronic Agreement to Deal
All purchasers and users of this service agree to communicate with an Autotrans Career Group representative or its affiliates. All communication between the two parties will be conducted online and information will be submitted and received via email. Once an email has been sent and confirmation is provided by an Autotrans Career Group Representative, it is deemed delivered as per our agreements. We reserve the right to retain the records of all content received or transmitted electronically by the purchaser to Auto Trans Career Group Representative/s for 5 years.
21. Payment Terms for Services
a. All payment must be paid in Canadian dollars by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal (charges will be applied
immediately)
b. All sales are FINAL
c. Any person who purchases any of Autotrans Career Group career services through this site agree to
pay all applicable charges for services rendered.
d. Any company, agency or recruiter who purchases any of Autotrans Career Group employer and/or career
related services agree to pay all applicable charges for services rendered.
d. Pricing for services is subject to change without notice
e. All payments are due in 7 days from the date of purchase (If billing option has been authorized)
