Job Type: Full Time/Permanent









Job Duties:





•Perform repairs and routine maintenance on heavy duty trucks to ensure vehicle safety





. Conduct repairs diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems and brakes etc.





• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and problems using tools and equipment





• Perform routine preventative maintenance





• Follow manufacturer manuals to repair, diagnose and maintain vehicles





 • Inform customers of diagnosis and repairs that will be needed





• Adhere to health and safety measures and a clean and organized environment









Requirements:





• Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician





• 1-3 years of experience as a heavy-duty truck technician or equivalent experience in the industry





 • High School Diploma or equivalent (post secondary training in automotive and technology)





• Valid G drivers license and a clean abstract





• Own hand tools required





. Ideal candidate must have strong mechanical abilities





.Knowledge of fleet management software





.Previous experience working on Heavy trucks
