Heavy Truck Part Representative

Location: Kitchener

Hours: Friday 7:00 am - 7:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: $19.00-$28.00/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the counter desk, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in an efficient manner.

-Educate customers on truck parts and services

-Monitor and maintain inventory and stock

-Operate forklift to transport and arrange products

-Responsible for ensuring accurate files, records, customer details, and reports are completed

-Utilize CRM software as an asset

Requirements

- Must have knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts (required)

- Previous experience working in a part department or relevant experience

-Able to meet company objectives and sales targets

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving skills

-Able to lift 70-80 lbs (occasionally)

-Familiar with MS Office software
