Job Duties
- Arrange courier pick up, monitor deliveries and distribute mail
- Assist payroll department with invoicing and data entry
- Respond to customer request by phone, in person and via email, calendar management
- Organize, set up meeting and board room for corporate meetings
- Greet guest in a professional manner
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience in customer service or a clerical role
- General knowledge of MS Office
- High School Diploma an asset
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast based environment
