Duties and Responsibility

• Educate customers on company products and services, account management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone and through online platforms such as Zoom

•Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and schedule appointments

• Utilize CRM software and MS Office

• Travel extensive throughout the GTA and Ontario to maintain customer relationships

• Provide a high level of sales knowledge within the trucking industry

• Keep up to date on truck knowledge and software

• Provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales and service and warranty issues and claims
