Job Duties

Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and service on a fleet of tractors
Inspect, diagnose, and perform corrective action to avoid potential issues
Responsible for conducting safety inspections
Assemble, replace, and disassemble parts and systems
Review, submit work orders, and complete jobs on time
Work in a fast-paced environment to complete tasks
Able to effectively work with team members in a professional manner
Maintain shop cleanliness as part of a team

Job Requirements

Candidate must have a heavy-duty mechanic (license required)
Must be able to obtain CVIP is a pre-requisite for this position
1-2 years of experience working as a Certified Journey Technician
Sound troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
Able to adjust, test, and repair fleets

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC

Salary: $50,000 -$55,000/ annually

Duties:

  • Service & Dispatch: Coordinate with service technicians and contractors across Canada
  • Provide customer service, dispatch, and support to field service technicians in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Respond to customer inquiries from high-profile commercial and residential clients by phone and email in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure prompt customer requests are completed within a timely manner and exceptional service is provided.
  • Contact technicians to determine the best person for each job

•Investigate and address customer concerns promptly

  • Responsible for processing invoices, billing, and closure of purchase orders
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Use CRM systems for logging calls, managing portals, and handling corporate client communication
  • Ensure contractor paperwork is up to date, such as WSIB and insurance
  • On-Call Weekends: Participate in on-call rotations as required
