Daily Job Duties

  • Dispatch and provide sound direction and support to drivers
  • Responsible for dispatching drivers and ensuring deliveries are picked up and dropped off on time
  • Coordinate and schedule back hauls and report on delayed status and new loads
  • Inform brokers and freight forwarding providers of rates and services offered
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients
