Sales & Business Development
- Actively pursue rental sales goals and commission targets.
- Develop, organize, and maintain effective sales and customer relationship programs.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to share activity updates within your territory.
- Manage rental fleet inventory and consult regularly with management on equipment needs.
- Assist in developing the annual business plan
- Prepare and manage rental agreements and related documentation efficiently.
- Contribute to rental marketing initiatives, including social media engagement.
- Conduct rental sales outreach via cold calls, direct mail, and in-person visits.
- Make 8–10 sales calls daily to prospective clients, logging all activity in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-volume rental customers.
- Provide timely weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Conduct market analysis to establish competitive rates for various rental equipment.
- Maintain a customer/prospect database in collaboration with management.
- Meet or exceed established monthly and annual rental sales targets.

- Experience in truck/auto rentals or dealership setting is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of commercial vehicles and rental qualifications
- Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record
- OMVIC sales license or DZ license is an asset
- Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both office and outdoor conditions
